This Web site is a result of a group project in my Online Journalism Workshop class. We took a multimedia reporting look at the Historic Homeowners Grant Program, which renovates historic homes in areas such as Anacostia and LeDroit Park. For this project we focused on the homes in Anacostia becasue it is the oldest historic district in Washington and was the first area to receive money. I was the Producer on this project. I organized and set up all interviews and wrote the written story. I also used Final Cut Pro to edit video and audio clips, and Soundslides to create the slideshow.
